My brother, are these people executing their crimes in Muslim lands or in the lands of the disbelievers? The disbelievers themselves are likely the ones who trained them in these matters. They only carry out these actions in Muslim lands, destroying, killing, and terrorizing within Muslim countries. How can this be considered Jihad in the cause of Allah? This is Jihad in the cause of Satan.
