Sound Intellect and Authentic Text Agree with the Path of the Salaf

Shaykh al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah Ta’ala have mercy on him said:

Know that there is nothing in sound intellect, nor in any authentic transmitted text, that necessitates contradicting the path/way of the Salaf in any way whatsoever.
