How to achieve Tawhid

How can Tawhid (belief in the Oneness of Allah/ monotheism) be achieved?
Answer:
A Muslim can achieve Tawhid by avoiding sins, all means and elements of Shirk (associating others with Allah in His Divinity or worship), and Bid’ah (innovation in Islam).
