Who are Ahl Al-Sunnah wal Jama‘ah

Question:

What is the definition of the term “Ahl Al-Sunnah wal Jama‘ah”? Are the scholars of the Barelwi school of thought in India considered from Ahl Al-Sunnah wal Jama‘ah?

Answer:

Ahl Al-Sunnah wal Jama‘ah are the Muslims who follow the very same way which Prophet Muhammad ibn Abdullah (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) followed.
